Description of exercise

The exerciser is seated on the machine, placing both hands and feet in their designated positions. By pressing with the legs and simultaneously pulling with the arms, he/she engages the equipment to perform the exercise.

Instructions

Aim for 2 sets of 12-15 repetitions
